Returns Policy

We will be happy to help and ensure the issue is resolved urgently.

For any undamaged product, on confirmation of the return, simply return the item unopened, with its included accessories and original packaging, along with proof of purchase, within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will offer a full refund of the cost of the item.

For goods damaged on arrival, photographic evidence of the damage must be provided, showing the unopened package and damage sustained to the packaging and contents. Deliveries received in a damaged, or unacceptable condition must be reported to the courier and signed for as “Damaged” on receipt, to initiate a claim. All deliveries will be signed for by the Buyer, and any deliveries chosen by the buyer, to be left at premises, “Not Signed For” or unattended, are delivered solely at the risk of the buyer. No liability or responsibility will be held by Winbond International Ltd for deliveries left unattended at the request of the buyer.

For Warranty Claims:

​On receipt of a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will, at our discretion, either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us.

We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
